Cardio Dance Jam - a unique, upbeat, customizable cardio dance class for any fitness level. We turn up the music and the lights off for this party! Try it once and you’ll be hooked.
Yoga - Exercise your spirit, mind, and body with focus on balance, flexibility, and strength. It provides variety for yogis who seek to improve their practice and move up to the next level but is structured for all levels.
Boot Camp - A variety of cardio and strength exercises that will keep you moving. Jump rope, weights, agility drills- nothing is off limits.
Cardio Kickboxing - Punch and kick your way to Fitness. No experience needed.
Cycling - A blended workout of timed intervals set to music to increase your cycling speed and endurance while burning major calories.
PilatesBarre - Total body workout that combines strength, flexibility, ballet, and Pilates with challenging core and leg work.
Total Toning - Every major muscle group is worked using weights, bands, bars and more! Great full body workout!
Abs – Tighten your core! A 15-minute total abdominal workout to strengthen and tone your midsection.
