Stephen Newhart, PhD has 20 years of fitness experience with a Doctorate in Kinesiology with a focus in movement and rehabilitation sciences. Dr Newhart has over a dozen certifications from various fitness organizations with hundreds of continuing education hours as he also teaches the NSCA CSCS prep clinic.
Dr Newhart also is a professor for UT Arlington plus owns an ancillary service company - NTX Med Solutions with focuses on research exploring the effects of whole body vibration on general population body function, bone density, neural activity and strength.
Kelsey Salton
Fitness Director
Kelsey is an 15-year experienced personal trainer who truly cares about her clients’ goals and overall well-being. Through individualized fitness program, nutrition guidance, and constant motivation and accountability, her clients will create habits that will last them a lifetime.
Ivan Avila, CPT
Fitness Professional
Ivan received his B.S. in Exercise Science - Fitness/Wellness from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Certified Personal Training( CPT) Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Dylan Huurman, CPT
Dylan earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from UT Arlington, graduating Cum Laude. He is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
He designs customized training programs tailored to each client’s goals, including weight loss, strength building, muscle development, posture correction, and improved performance in recreational activities such as golf, pickleball, and martial arts.
Ashley Newhart

As Co-Owner and General Manager, Ashley thrives on meeting new members and fostering lifelong friendships and partnerships that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our community.
Ashley brings over 20 years of diverse wellness experience to the table. Her journey began with municipal Parks and Recreation agencies, where she honed her skills in creating inclusive and engaging programs for people of all ages and abilities. Her passion for health and fitness led her to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Meghan Hennessey
CFO and Fitness Professional
Meghan is a 20-year experienced personal trainer who has found her niche in returning the injured aerobic athlete to competition and furthermore reaching a higher competitive level for them, along with helping individuals repair and correct mobility/function. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and certifications from ACE, The Cooper Clinic and the NSCA.
Alana Zimmerman, CPT
Fitness Professional
Alana is an experienced NASM personal trainer, barre instructor and spin instructor who emphasizes a whole-body approach to fitness and health. In developing individualized programs and providing hands-on guidance through movement, she empowers her clients to reach goals within their wellness journey, create sustainable practices, and enhance their mind/body connection.
Max Harrell, CPT
Max is an experienced NASM Certified Personal Trainer with background in sports performance, including collegiate and semi-professional soccer, as well as strength and conditioning coaching. He brings that performance expertise helping individuals build a foundation for long-term health. Max focuses on functional and sustainable training that enhances both physical performance and overall well being. He is passionate about creating strong, capable bodies that support a vibrant lifestyle-believing that a healthy body is a key foundation for a long fulfilling life.
