Group Exercise Classes

Join us for one of our dynamic classes led by a certified instructor. Just come in a few minutes before class to join in the fun, no need to pre-register! Classes are included in each membership - NO additional charge.

Yoga - Exercise your spirit, mind, and body with focus on balance, flexibility, and strength. It provides variety for yogis who seek to improve their practice and move up to the next level but is structured for all levels.

Power Yoga - Focusing on holding poses and strengthening rather than focusing on meditation and breathwork.

HIIT - A 45 minute variety of cardio and strength exercises that will keep you moving circuit style. Class is easy modified by expert instructors/trainers.

Cardio Kickboxing - Punch and kick your way to Fitness. Great cardio workout with striking technique and great music. No experience or gloves needed.

SPIN- A 45 minute blended workout of timed intervals set to music to increase your cycling speed and endurance while burning major calories.

Pilates Infused- 45 min mat Pilates class designed to be a low impact system that combines Pilates principles with high intensity intervals (tabata). Mixed level intense class with demonstrations and modifications for a full body workout that provides sculpting, strengthening, burn fat, engaged core and improved circulation.
