We're in this together.

Our Vigor Active fitness professionals engage in their profession because it is what they were born to do. Vigor Active hires trainers with multiple years of experience and requires all trainers to obtain a certification from one of the highly respected NCCA certifying agencies, the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  Vigor Active also encourages and provides continuing education to our staff.
