As an ex - collegiate soccer player her passion for sports, outdoors, and activities grows into helping other’s achieve their own happiness through activity.

Kelsey is an 10-year experienced personal trainer who truly cares about her clients’ goals and overall well-being. Through individualized fitness program, nutrition guidance, and constant motivation and accountability, her clients will create habits that will last them a lifetime.

Meghan Hennessey

CFO and Fitness Professional
Meghan is a 16-year experienced personal trainer who has found her niche in returning the injured aerobic athlete to competition and furthermore reaching a higher competitive level for them, along with helping individuals repair and correct mobility/function. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and certifications from ACE, The Cooper Clinic and the NSCA.

 

Garrett Augsburger MS,CSCS

Fitness Professional

Garrett received his BS from the University of Texas at Arlington and his MS from Texas Christian University, both in Exercise Science. As well as being a 5-year NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Garrett also holds certifications from NASM as Corrective Exercise Specialist and the ISSA as a Specialist of Sport Nutrition. His passion lies in physique enhancement and body transformations through a combination of training and dietary interventions.

 

Ivan Avila, CPT

Fitness Professional

Ivan received his B.S. in Exercise Science - Fitness/Wellness from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Certified Personal Training( CPT) Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association ( NSCA)

 

Alana Zimmerman, CPT

Fitness Professional

Alana is an experienced personal trainer, barre instructor and spin instructor who emphasizes a whole-body approach to fitness and health. In developing individualized programs and providing hands-on guidance through movement, she empowers her clients to reach goals within their wellness journey, create sustainable practices, and enhance their mind/body connection.

Alana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Education from Bridgewater State University. She is a NASM-accredited Certified Personal Trainer, certified Barre instructor through Barre Eclipse, and a spin instructor at Cyclebar.

 

Matt Segura, MS, CSCS

Fitness Professional

Matt has been a Strength and Conditioning professional for the last 15 years working with collegiate athletes. During his time as a collegiate professional, he worked with a wide range of athletes, including Olympians. He is passionate about helping people meet personal goals, give nutritional advise, and ultimately reach their potential through consistency and accountability.

Matt received his BS from California State University Chico as well as a minor in nutrition. While he worked at the University of Michigan as a graduate assistant, he received his MS from Eastern Michigan University in Exercise Science.
